This 5,000 sqf lot is even more centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants such as Safeway and Times supermarket. It is literally across the street from Safeway. We think our new tenants in the 25 units apartment will enjoy a walkable city lifestyle with bus lines available in the close vicinity.
Acquired as a vacant lot in 2022, we initially considered a new design concept. However, as time progressed, we recognized the value of maintaining the same building design for cost efficiency while enhancing our 25-unit model.
