In March 2025, Our client acquired this development site and is now working with Oceans to prepare for the project. After carefully selecting this centrally located site in Honolulu—one of the properties we had identified as highly suitable for affordable rental housing—the client conducted extensive due diligence, and we were able to support a smooth transaction.

The project is currently in the design phase, with construction scheduled to begin in mid-2026.
